In this free course, you will learn about the famous Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement methodology and gain access to a range of quality tools that you can use in your professional challenges.

About the content:

Our training has been developed to get straight to the point, helping you to understand the fundamentals of the Lean Six Sigma world in a simplified way. You will have access to 2 hours of content, divided into 7 modules, with access to videos, texts, and tool templates to use in your daily life.

Audience and prerequisites:

The certification is intended for professionals who are interested in conducting projects and improvements in their professional environments.

For this training, you will only need a device with an internet connection (computer/mobile phone).

Learn about the modules:

• Introduction

Welcome to the platform and the world of Lean Six Sigma.

• Define

Define the problem to be worked on among the business priorities. In addition, this is when the work team and the objectives to be achieved through the application of the methodology are defined.

• Measure

Measure involves collecting quantitative and qualitative data related to the problem being studied in order to identify potential causes and make future comparisons.

• Analyze

Analysis is the moment to select the main causes and sources of variation of the problem faced. Only then will it be possible to fulfill the

next steps and create strategies that directly address the root cause of the problem.

• Improve

This is where most of the actions are taken. In this step, we define improvement actions and prioritize the most effective ones to address the root cause of the problem. In this step, we take a new measurement to see if the problem has, in fact, been solved.

• Control

Control is nothing more than monitoring the results and ensuring that the improvement is continuous and lasting. Establish control mechanisms and make the necessary adjustments to the procedures to formalize the changes made.

• Conclusion and evaluation

After completing the training content, you will be challenged to test your knowledge in a final evaluation.
